KingSky IP CA system, through assigning different channels for different
multicast IP streams assures that remote stations can only receive the specific
multicast IP streams. This system is a data broadcasting platform based on
conditional access of multicast IP streams, can be used in many kinds of
applications, such as distance learning, etc. And can be provided to the third
party for integration to satellite broadcasting system.
The IP
CA server scrambles input multicast IP streams with their corresponding channel,
and sends the treated multicast IP streams to IP/DVB gateway, broadcasting data
via satellite. The remote stations receive multicast IP streams and check the
entitled channels, if entitled IP streams then accepting them, otherwise, losing
them. The entitlement management terminal can entitle remote stations, configure
multicast IP streams, and so on.
Max 8192 channels support
in the sending end system, max 128 intercurrent channels support; Max 40Mbps
data streams support in the sending end system.
Data streams’ sending
rates of single channel may reach min 1Kbps, max 4Mbps.
Number of the receiving
end system’s entitlement channel may reach max 32, and rates of data streams
received may reach max 16Mbps.
For manager’s manual
entitlement operation, the receiving end equipment should receive in 30s in the
normal instance.
Under the normal network
environment in the sending end, the sending system may keep running normally
over 3000 hours every start; the receiving system may keep running normally over
3000 hours when starting normally.
When data streams cross
entitlement management server, integrality of these data are assured; data time
delay is less than 1s; let data streams cross calmly; output data rates almost
accord with input data rates.
